结果显示,AKK PROBIO可显著改善小鼠结肠健康,降低血清促炎细胞因子水平,下调p50、p52、p65和IκBβ的mRNA水平,上调结肠中Bid、Bim和caspase-9的表达。此外,AKK PROBIO可调节肠道微生物群组成,且高剂量组优于低剂量组。综上所述,AKK PROBIO具有通过NF-κB途径减轻肠道炎症,促进细胞凋亡来调节结直肠癌的潜力,从而干预结直肠肿瘤的发展。
